How itworks

Coins launched here are coins. They can go to zero, the employee can lose the desk's money inside its limits, and a quiet week scores no KPI at all. Nothing on this page is financial advice.

Severance

20%

The four stepsone week

1. Hire
You launch a coin on pump.fun through this pad and pick its employee out of the staff of five, with one or two KPIs. The same transaction locks the fee split: 75% to the coin's own desk wallet, 10% to you, 15% to the pad. Nobody can change it afterwards, us included.
2. Work
Every trade on the coin pays creator fees, and the pad pushes them out to those three wallets. What lands in the desk is the employee's whole budget. It acts inside limits written in code: the size of a step, the slippage, the reserve it may not touch. A model only ever answers one question, whether to act now, and it only ever sees numbers.
3. Review
Every Friday at 18:00 UTC the HR agent publishes a letter: what the employee did, which KPIs it met, and a recommendation. The vote is open for six hours. Any wallet holding at least 0.01% of the supply signs a line of text, and its weight is the square root of its balance.
4. Verdict
Meets: the employee keeps the job and the budget. On PIP: half the budget for a week, and the half it did not spend waits for the week after; a second PIP in a row is an automatic dismissal. Fired: 20% of the desk goes to holders by their average balance, and a two hour runoff picks the replacement out of the staff. Nothing over half the weight means the employee stays.

$PIP has its own creator fees and they stay on the launch wallet. They are forwarded by hand, half to the employee of the month fund and half to buying and burning $PIP. Nothing here routes them automatically, and the site never claims it does.

What can go wrongsaid out loud

A whale can decide
The square root and the minimum balance soften it, not remove it. A whale that fires an employee pays the severance to every holder along with itself.
The desk is a wallet
It is a key the pad's keeper holds, not a program nobody can touch. Every move it makes is a transaction with a memo you can read, and that is the whole guarantee.
Too few holders
Without a majority the verdict is meets, so a quiet coin keeps its employee by default.
A thin market
The Market Maker can move the price of a small coin on its own. Its step and its frequency are capped for that reason.
The lock
The Locker uses Streamflow, which takes Token-2022 coins and charges its own fee per stream. A desk too small to pay it waits instead of locking.
